My story and how it’s taught me the best way to help people.
During my school years I was always bigger than most of the other kids and found my escape from academia and stress through the medium of sport. I was always told that I couldn’t do something or I wasn’t allowed to because I was too young. This only fuelled my fire to be the best possible version of myself.
For many years I trained on my own and learnt as much as I could from books, magazines and videos. While watching others in the gym wondering how?! Through endless practice, two sessions a day and CRAZY diets produced minimal success. It was only when I started working with a coach and started working closely with the group that I was able to develop my skills and understanding.
