Kettlebell Sport? Is it that popular animal flow thing? or a Crossfit? Isn't it just exercises?
I hear these questions and phrases so often. And my answer is no. Kettlebell sport has nothing to do with any of those things. Ok, it does in a way, because Kettlebell Sport is what was FIRST before all the above started using kettlebell sport elements and creating new exercises with this instrument.
So, here I am, a quite new Kettlebell Sport athlete sharing my passion for this weird and not widely known sport.
