I was raised in Spain πͺπΈ, on my Grandparents Farm in Asturias. There I was taught invaluable lessons about Nutrition, Sustainability, and Seasonal produce from the garden. I grew up Authentically Farm-to-Table!π
This led me to Culinary School π«π· at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. Here I learned about gastronomy, cooking techniques, and using local ingredients to produce the best tasting dishes.
After living and traveling the world π embracing Global Cuisine from Europe, Asia π―π΅ thru South America, I returned to the United States πΊπ²
Here on the Beautiful Central Coast of California πβοΈMy Life came Full Circle.
