These are some commonly used words among seekers and students of noetic sciences that are charged with a profound level of heightened reality when he explains them. We are pleased to announce a new series of brief reflections by Shaykh Fadhlalla Haeri in a series entitled Burning Issues. These are critical issues that are faced by all seekers ranging from relationships, marriage, stress, faith, and many more. These subjects were drawn from questions that were put to Shaykh Fadhlalla from friends and seekers from all over the world.
This series will be around fifty videos and will form a corpus of important work that will benefit seekers of truth and those who question.
The first reflection On Marriage is a wonderful brief response to the relevance of relationships and the changes to this institution.

Eid al-Fitr is also known as the āfestival of breaking fast'. It is believed that Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) got the first revelation of the Holy Quran during the holy month of Ramadan.
Ramadan comes to a close with the celebrations and prayers of Eid al-Fitr.
On this day one needs to give appropriate alms (fitra) to the poor, and families gather for a light morning repast after the congregational prayer.
The Eid prayer, usually performed outdoors is accompanied by a discourse delivered by the prayer leader after which people exchange good wishes and celebrate their success in performing a most important act of worship and attaining a heightened awareness and purposefulness in life.
The Prophet of Allah said:
The root of Islam is prayer, its branches are the obligatory tax, its height is the fast, and its expanse is striving in the way of Allah.

Hajj Mustafa Ali is an American Muslim, born of Jewish heritage, who has been devoted to the discovery of unity for over four decades. He has been a long-time student of Shaykh Fadhlalla Haeri and remained under his loving guidance and generous instruction. He has travelled throughout the world in search of truth and lived abroad, teaching and heading communities of seekers in Canada, the US, Pakistan, and South Africa.
Haji Mustafa currently resides in Durham, North Carolina, USA.
Richard (RJ) Eskow is a freelance writer and the host of The Zero Hour, a weekly radio and TV program. He is also Senior Advisor for Health & Economic Justice at Social Security Works. He was the lead writer and editor for Bernie Sanders' 2016 presidential campaign. Richard is a former consultant, public policy advisor, and senior executive in the US and more than 20 foreign countries. His writings have appeared in a number of print and digital publications.

In this brief but powerful talk on the light of The Holy Qurāan Shaykh Fadhlalla uses the Surah Al-Asr, the Chapter of Time, and two other powerful verses to provide a summation, conclusion, prescription and description of the Path to Eternal Life.
Life appears in two zones: the earthly zone is temporary and begins with birth and ends in death.
The second zone is one of permanence in which Life is forever because God is forever.
Shaykh Fadhlalla explains the need to take reference from and calibrate with The Author, God. For unless you do that your role is that of the usurper.
