After coming up of age 57, I just like to live well with serenity of body and mind. Give more time, importance and attention to what I feel - think - say or do.. for myself and my loved ones.
Shifting mindset to all things especially concerning to ..moving my body daily like respiration, to not get injured from over-used workout, more sculpturing my muscles.. all of them.. tiny or big ones. Listen to them, respect them. Love and respect my joints, my legaments, tendons all of my physical and mental components. Thanks to all of them to give me every morning a chance to live and enjoy this life without pain and no surgery.

I've learnt when one wants, with his constant will power, he'll find the way to carry on and go through. And the importance of living together with forgiveness and compassion can colour our time in this life. So live this life mindfully.
