Lamb chunks
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. Kashmiri chili powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. biryani mix
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. jeera powder
Salt
Vegetable oil
Wholes spices: cinnamon sticks, bayleaves, black cardamom
1 large onion sliced
Ground ginger and garlic
Curry leaves
Sliced green beans
Coriander chopped
Method:
In a pot, add oil and allow it to warm. Add the whole spices and simmer. Add the onion and fry on medium heat. Add curry leaves and all the dry ingredients, and mix well. In goes the meat, incorporating the spices well into the meat. Put on the lid and cook on low without adding water. Once the meat is cooked through 80%, add the sliced green beans. Simmer on low until oil surfaces. Remember, braised curries are cooked on low heat with no liquids.
