Hi! My name is Cecilia, I'm 19 and I'm a sophomore at a small Catholic university in the midwest and I'm a blogger, professional worrier, and mom-friend extraordinaire!
My mental health journey officially started 3 years ago and now I want to share my experiences, new and old, with the lovely internet to not only help me record my mental health but to help others who might want to learn about mental health and mental illness or even just to expose to the world what mental illness *really* looks like, not dramatized or romanticized, but real, in real time.
My journey so far has been filled with ups and downs and I doubt they'll stop coming so strap in and get ready to join me and hopefully you'll enjoy the ride!
