There is a societal pressure felt by beginners to only make/share 'beautiful' work which I think is not also wrong but deeply illogical and even harmful as it drives people to make art which other people will consider beautiful but which they hate making. And even if you are on a job, you should not aim for beauty but rather to fulfil the client's vision
In summary:
Art is free, draw in whichever way you want. The only way to cheat in art is to prioritize beauty over fun.
