Ugh, I miss you guys so much. I’m so sorry I haven’t posted in almost a month! Life has been so busy. I have filmed a bunch but just haven’t had the time to sit down to edit and post. Happy Sunday everyone! 🧡 I just wanted to hop on here to say hello to everyone. I’ve got lots of new faces and I’m excited to share even more with you guys! So hello to you guys and thank you for watching me!
So it’s 1:00pm & I just finished an hour gym session. I’m slowly easing my body back into working out at the gym! Since Covid, I was only doing workouts at home but I was not consistent. Eating low carb & keto has helped me maintain my weight loss and definitely helps me lose when I am eating under 20g Net carbs a day!
But, I think it’s still so important to move your body! So try to give your body at least 20-30 mins of movement everyday (or more!) in addition to eating low carb. With the combination if these two things, I know you will see your weight drop! Whether it’s walking, youtube work outs, yoga, band work outs, cycling, running etc. While doing my 30 mins on the elliptical today, I put on a good Netflix show- this really really helps me!!
