Know Your Lyrics is a channel that posts music with on-screen lyrics as a video to YouTube! The genre of music I usually upload is alternative, electronic, indie, rap and sometimes pop. The format that I use to make videos allows the viewer to listen to the tune and learn the lyrics at the same time. Posting these videos to YouTube ensures that they are widely accessible to anyone with an internet connection and a device which can access YouTube. As YouTube is by far the biggest online video streaming outlet, the videos that I upload are much more easily accessible by the public.
An important thing to note is that sometimes the music I post may have some sort of copyright protection. In these instances, the video may become monetised by the respective owner (meaning ads will appear on the video); or become inaccessible on certain devices (usually consoles and/or handheld devices). However, this is unfortunately out of my control.
