Hi there and welcome to my Youtube channel.
I am a Norwegian man in my early 30s who up until a few years ago was healthy and lived a normal life. Unfortunately as events would have it this changed in 2020, or perhaps even earlier. In 2022 I was given the diagnosis ME/CFS which has changed the entire direction of my life, not only for the better. Despite this, I try to focus on the positives at each phase of my life. In hindsight there is no doubt in my mind that if I knew what I know today at the beginning of my illness, I would have been at a better place, and I would have avoided a lot of suffering and loss in my life. For this reason, I wish to share my experience and knowledge to other sufferers. If my content can only help one other person, then that is good enough.
Btw, the channel has an open scope. This means it isn't only about ME/CFS and health. Time will tell where I will go with my content on this channel, and suffice to say that I will talk about what I wish.
