Founded in 1979, Seattle Men's Chorus is one of the world's most prominent TTBB choruses and an international leader of the LGBTQ choral movement. SMC has sung at prestigious venues throughout the U.S. including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Boston Symphony Hall as well as on tour internationally. The Chorus has commissioned new works from leading composers including John Corigliano (Grammy Award, 1997), Gian Carlo Menotti, Ned Rorem, and David Diamond. Memorable performances with stars of stage and screen include Debbie Reynolds, Harvey Fierstein, Megan Mullally, Rosemary Clooney, Kristin Chenoweth, Megan Hilty, and Tituss Burgess.
