I am a stay at home dad with three children and usually, I have a lot of time on my hands. Out of boredom, I thought of a way to briskly excercise locally without a gym. Walking seems to be the answer. For the past 4 years, I walk 4 to 6 days a week around a 3 mile loop in my neighborhood. I walk for hours a day-- averaging 6 to 15 miles at a time.... I would like to test products and review them on this channel and see how they positively or negatively affect my excercise.
