Actually, as a normal person, 80% of our energy was stolen by the activities of brain. Unfortunately, most of the activities are meaningless. When you planting, you can stop all the useless thinking,especially get out of a bad mood. So, we can say, planting is a good way to live healthy. 养花种植是我最大的爱好，也许是有这个遗传基因吧。爸爸爱花，我小时候家里院子里总是开满了五颜六色的鲜花。从记事起我就和小玩伴们一起分享种子种很多指甲花，那是儿时最美好的回忆！现在养花种菜是我的生活中重要组成部分，也是我的修行方式。师父做手工可以入禅，杨宁老师在定中看到很多“专业人士”比如“酒仙”比如“剑仙”等等。我想做一个“花仙”😆以此停下妄想，了悟空性！
