I'm not doing anything major but making a nice dinner for my dad and I already gave him a homemade Valentine with a couple of goodies. 💌💝

Hi everyone! I hope your weekend was pleasant and productive; mine was.
I worked hard in continuing to food prep, declutter, donate and clean.
I treated myself to rest, relax & watch some nostalgic Halloween cartoons while having a treat and later painting my toe nails. A very frugal treat at the end of each evening.
I watched Peanuts, It's a Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.
The Berenstain Bears Trick or Treat.
Halloween is Grinch Night (It came with the 1979 commercials which were great but the actual cartoon was dark and creepy). I didn't finish this cartoon. All of these were free on YouTube.
I ate some savory Cheez-Its from the food bank with some chocolate chips I had that paired well.
Later, I lite a candle, put some lotion on my feet and painted my toe nails. Everything from The Dollar Tree.
A frugal way I pampered myself after a very productive weekend.

I wanted to know what everyone was up to today. I did laundry, cooked beans, labeled some pantry cans & rotated them. Did anyone do housework, cook for the week and take care of laundry? Or did any of you get to enjoy doing something frugal with your family and friends?

Hi everyone!! Thank you for the kind & concerning comments about my baby monkey. He's feeling great, like nothing happened. I'm so thankful!! I was so scared. I accidentally cut one of his nails too short and it wouldn't stop bleeding even with compressing it and cold water. I felt awful!!! I thought we had this stuff called Qwik Stop which immediately stops the bleeding and also has a little benzocaine in it for the pain. I couldn't find ours, so we went to the nearby Petco but they were out. We ended up going to the town where my dad lived because it was in stock there. Thank goodness!!!
You can see in the last picture the nail on the far right is much shorter than the nail on the far left. Poor baby!!!
Anyway, I highly recommend having this on hand. It's only about $6 and it works for cats and birds as well.

Hi everyone! My live premiere is late. I will be doing a premiere video at 6:25 pm PST. I'm sorry for the delay but my puppy got hurt and I had to run to the store to get something to stop the bleeding. I accidentally clipped his nail too short and the bleeding wouldn't stop. I had to look for the product that helps stop the bleeding and pain. I couldn't find it, so I had to go to a store that was far and I'm almost home. My dad drove with me, so I could type this, to let you all know.

I live a low income, frugal lifestyle with a few videos of food bank hauls, recipes and my crazy animals.
On a personal note, I do feral cat rescue. That means, I feed them, trap them, get them fixed, their shots and sometimes find homes for them. I've been doing this for over 12 years but now have a friend help me over the last two years.
I also like to feed the homeless with whatever I can utilize from the food banks, so nothing goes to waste.
