The Drakes Drum Dreadnought Dissection is a dive into the alternative naval history of the Drakes Drum book series. We’ll dig into the designs of the ships, the alternate history surrounding them and discuss how they tie into regular history effectively.
Hosted and curated by Fleet Of Oceans (youtube.com/@thefleetofoceans?si=svZHpot-l69l7Fjr) in his discord server and streamed to his channel, a panel consisting of Dr Alex Clarke ( youtube.com/@dralexclarke?si=Op0tryW0pdYDOjwI), Drachinifel ( youtube.com/@drachinifel?si=HLHXQfwKaH54ADpu), Fleet’s Random Ramblings Co-host’s Desert Foxo and Dragon2000 and some other surprise special guests, will dive into this alternate worlds naval history and discuss and debate the ships within it.
Tune in at 3pm GMT on December the 2nd for an evening of discussion, comedic conversation, and tearing alternate history ship designs to ribbons.

tonight's video might be a smidgeon late going live... was planning for 19:00hrs, started upload at 17:00hrs... but my sister's teaching ran long and that swallowed up the upload, catching up now, but it looks like 2hrs+ till this is ready

So life has been fun this week, but it's the trials in life which bring joy - it allows us to feel a sense of accomplishment when we succeed... this weeks fun has been trades having to come every day to fix different things... but the house is slowly coming together... but think this video will be late for today, probably will come tomorrow!

Reckon I'm going to need a lot more Kalax's... especially to take these books... office slowly coming together, if I can find the box of cables amongst the books, might even try a live stream (with hopefully minimal coughing) tomorrow to show you all the progress... my books keep wrecking the billybacks(plus this office walls are too cluttered for them to work without covering all my electrical sockets) and I only have one 4×2 kalax... going to need more to see me through to when I'm well enough to build my own again I think... although suggestions as always welcome!

The Joy of recovering from pneumonia is you have the strength but not the stamina... slowly clearing and setting up my office... also finding random boxes of other stuff... here's a pile which has now moved to my current bedroom
