All the Arts for All the Kids Movie Lab is a mobile movie production team servicing elementary school kids throughout the Fullerton School District. Kids from Kindergarten through 6th grade participate in the moviemaking process. Bringing to life, through the art and science of film stories and lessons from the imagination of the students. Kids learn elements of pre and post production as well as the opportunity to be in front of and behind the camera on set. Kids are guided through the writing process as well as some story boarding. They learn about moviemaking basics including composition and the use of a variety of camera angles. In post production, kids learn the basics of iMovie and edit their own films over a four day process. These shorts are early attempts at filmmaking. Please feel free to comment or share or reach out.
