Farmer Ben from Den Hill Farm and Fungi, provide's sustainably grown produce with a special focus on mushrooms and harnessing the power of the fungi kingdom to fuel our production. We produce gourmet mushrooms year round in Appalachia VA and utilize mushroom compost, as well as other farming methods like permaculture and intercropping, to help also grow seasonal veggies. We are using this channel to share what we have learned to the public and other producers. The mushroom industry is so new there is tons to explore and research plus plenty of room for growth.
