We offer training in a stimulating setting to juniors, seniors, beginners and professionals to allow you to discover your potential as optimally as possible. One of the most important aspects in our training method is to create awareness both physically and mentally. For this we have brought together specialists from different disciplines and created a program that we call 'Own your performance'.
To help you get the most out of the training, these elements are reflected to a greater or lesser extent in our programs or training, whether you play for fun, learn as a child or want to perform as a professional. We help you play better squash!
