Hi!
I am Usama. I have created the channel DR.UZ for those teenagers, students ,hostilities and people who are fighting with obesity and diseases linked to it. I started my journey when I was about 100 KG and now I am 70 and still trying further. I will share my experiences of this journey and the mistakes I made .Also, I am a medical student and I will also share journey of my MBBS . We will work like a family to follow a healthy lifestyle!
