Backyard Garden Michigan zone 5. I love being in the garden, really right up in there working. It's a spiritual experience, good exercise, and very therapeutic. While cleaning out my gardens, I ended up having lots of extra things sitting around in pots. So I started a business, Garden extras was born. Today, I am only local, advertising on Facebook and swap. We added a little Silkie chicken flock with some Call Ducks. The backyard flock has stolen the show. Garden extra is turning into a Silkie farm. Now i'm learning seeds and thinking about starting an online seed store. I love how life changes and grows.
