I set up this channel up for one reason: my patients.
As a doctor, I don't always do justice to my patients questions and concerns and I know I don't always do justice in helping them to live healthier, happier and longer lives.
I want to but healthcare has become robotic, disconnected and unsatisfying for patients/people and providers/clinicians.
I know how difficult it can be when you're not feeling well or just unsure about you and your family's health - I hope these videos help provide you with a little more context, control and guidance.
This is my small way to provide more for my patients and anyone interested, to have the conversations we would like to have, inspired by real life questions and experiences.
I also like to include some info about longevity - this is all about preventing disease, optimising health and performing at our best.
