In 2018, he signed a record deal with rising Nigerian Record label Plugg Records. After signing, the multi-hyphenate talent rose to prominence in his country of Mozambique with the release of the song “Bonnie & Clyde”, which appeared on #1 iTunes NIGERIA TOP CHART in 2018.
in 2019, MindTigallo brought a new sound with the AFRICAN NEW WAVE EP, introducing the talent’s signature sound of modern and old rhythms dubbed African New Wave. The sound is a mixture of trap, trap soul, R&B soul, and African roots.
