Aloha from OK! I'm originally from HI but live in OK now. I am happily married with 2 beautiful kids. I have fibro, chronic pain, bipolar 1, OCD, anxiety, panic attacks, and agoraphobia. I use these experiences to help others with the same issues to help them see someone that looks like them is out there. It's always ok to say I'm not ok today, and that I can only get out of bed and shower. Or maybe just move to the couch! Each day you get up and do something is an accomplishment. You are seen, and it will be ok. I use art therapy and laughter to bring light into your life. I also love yarn mystery boxes, pouring resin, and allow everyone to use this as a safe space to express how they're feeling: good, bad and ugly. This is a SAFE and JUDGEMENT FREE zone!
