They can be exhilarating to drive fast, highly capable on challenging terrain, impressively rugged or durable, and extremely comfortable and luxurious. They're also fun to modify and personalize, they get us to places quickly and efficiently, and we often get emotionally attached or sentimental about the cars & trucks we own or had in the past.
