I believe in democratizing basic functional anatomy knowledge, and am passionate about helping people reclaim their well being -- especially with regard to prevention and recovery of the most common chronic injuries, from back and neck pain, to shoulder issues, arthritis, "sciatica," SIJ pain, hip/groin/knee issues, plantar fasciitis, bunions, ETC! With some pretty basic knowledge, and the patience to learn to listen and respond to what our body needs, we can resist the "expertification" and outsourcing of knowledge about our most basic physical wellness (!!!), and reverse the alienation we experience from our physical selves.
