I don’t have the words to express the sadness I feel as I watch the rise in hatred and violence towards the AAPI community, especially towards the women. It’s heartbreaking.
I’m sharing these pictures so others see we have faces. We have names. We have families. We have hopes and dreams. We come to the United States in search of a better life too.
Racism hurts all of us. Sharing posts might bring more awareness, but stopping it takes more. I hope if you post about these issues, you’ll also take the time to volunteer, donate, and most all, do what you can to make sure you, and those around you, make an effort to do better.
