So here we go...In February 2019 I have injured my back whilst exercising in the trampoline park. After two months or so, this injury was followed by another injury while roller skating. (Fell right on my bum, ouch). It is February 2020 and finally I know that I have a herniation in disc L5 and extremely uncomfortable (and annoying) grinding sensation when moving in my lower back. It has been a long journey dealing with frustration, pain, stress and not being able to roller skate.
The past year literary has been pain in my butt and I really do understand the frustration that comes with it. From little to big changes in my life I am willing to share them with others and what I have done so far to make myself feel better and grow stronger. It has been a huge physical and phycological challenge, but I can see myself roller skating out of this tunnel.
