The workouts that you'll find here will be hybrid in nature as I like to explore several areas of training in my life (Weights, flexibility/Mobility, Bodyweight training etc).
Nutrition advice and lessons on how to deal with the hardships in life will also be included as It's not enough to just be physically healthy, your mind and emotions must be in healthy balance too in order to put yourself on the best trajectory towards success.
If you want to look and be strong then it's birthed from a place of discipline and accountability as these qualities will create measurable value in your life.
