Jacopo Sabina started studying the lute with Evangelina Mascardi, he received his Bachelor's degree with Summa cum laude at the G. Rossini conservatory in Pesaro.
Afterwards he moved to Munich where he obtained his Master of music degree once again with Evangelina Mascardi.
Jacopo Sabina collaborated with important conductors such as: Sir Simon Rattle, Andrea Marcon, Stefano Montanari, Ivor Bolton, Gianluca Capuano and many others.
He performs regularly with the followings institutions and ensembles: Bavarian state opera, Teatro real Madrid, Münchner Philarmoniker, Hofkapelle München, Münchner Bach-Orchester, Concerto München, Ensemble Mare Nostrum.
As continuo player and Soloist he played in the followings festivals: Festival Resonanzen (Austria), Wunderkammer (Italy), Ambronay (France), Vivat Curlandia (Latvia), Residenzwoche (Germany), Bayreuth Baroque (Germany) etc.
