Aiswarya Rao is a trained vocalist and an independent musician. She has rendered her voice to some devotional songs in Konkani and Malayalam, some Malayalam movie songs and De Maveli Kombathu Series.

She has composed for a short film Ormmayile Vazhikal. She has been the winner of the reality show Pondy Has Got Talent, and has participated in various other popular reality shows including Asianet Idea star Singer, Channel V Super Singer, and Hero Honda Surtarang.
