The knowledge contained in Bhagavad Gita, preached by Lord Krishna, more than 5000 years ago to guide his dear disciple Arjuna who was utterly confused on the path of duty. In my three decades of study of this great ancient scripture, I find the knowledge is as relevant today, for the common man in his day-to-day life as it was thousands of years ago. Therefore, I will be presenting, one shloka of Bhagavad Gita everyday, explaining its importance in our day-to-day struggles. I earnestly hope this endeavor will help many to face the ups and downs of life with equanimity, perform their duties whole-heartedly and attain peace and divine blissfulness in their lives.
