When I set up a coaching business a year before turning 60, imposter syndrome, self-doubt, identity crisis and confusion floored me! I thought I was a confident type - I had been an actor for decades. But alas - this jolt into a new strange business world showed me the masks I'd been wearing and just how fragile my self-belief was! That's when it started - from a very real place. I'm rapidly approaching 70 now - and I never stop learning. (Even took up climbing recently!). I have been on an unsquashing journey - and I am showing up to share real world insights with experiments to try.
I wrote a rather good book - 'The Mystery of the Squashed Self'.
