Stanka is a private London Yoga Teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2002, she has an unbroken two hour daily practice since 1999.
She teaches all levels, from beginners to advanced including Sivananda, Power Viniasa, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. Private one to one lessons at home, in the office and online through skype and Apple Facetime.
Her teaching includes Yoga Asanas (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), kriyas and relaxation.
Stanka is a Sivananda certified yoga teacher. She holds the following titles:
