My husband, daughter, and I live in the Pacific Northwest. We have 5 Australian Shepherds, a couple of acres with palm trees, eucalyptus trees, and an orchard. 16 years ago I was diagnosed with endometriosis; I've had multiple surgeries, and currently battle endo flares, migraines, and fibromyalgia flares. I use planning as a way to cope on bad flare days by utilizing my wellness planner. My life can be a balancing act, but that's the beauty of planning- it generally keeps me on track!
