My name is Allyson Brown. Iβm the Director at everheal & creator of the LIFE Formula Program for autoimmune sufferers wanting to improve their health naturally in 90 days.
I was diagnosed with MS in 2005 during the second year of my PhD in analytical research. After overcoming my own battles with MS symptoms (including fatigue & brain fog) in 2018, which had forced me to resign from my job, I reluctantly started eating an anti-inflammatory diet & my whole world changed!
So Iβm now dedicating my life to educating, encouraging & empowering my fellow autoimmune warriors, to start eating a clean diet to improve their health & quality of life, within a friendly like-minded community! π
