In January of 2024, 4 of us bought nearly 60 acres of land in the Adirondack area of New York. The highest point on our property has an amazing view of Lake Champlain. For starters, the property came with an off grid micro cabin. We've been thrilled with the cabin so far, as it's given us a landing zone to begin working on our dream- to build two full sized cabins! Join us as we take this raw hunting land and turn it into our dream property!
