Hi there and welcome to my channel! I have been making videos on anything HVAC & Mechanical since around 2008. For those wondering, i live somewhere in South Carolina where winter's don't exist and summer is always hot :) a little about me, I am a very private person and have decided to keep certain details about myself private, :) , i am a real estate investor and own multiple rental properties, with that being said i am a very busy person, and will upload when i get the chance. Now for something else, i am on the autism spectrum and that is one reason i am interested in things most "normal" people find weird & strange. Always remember, you can be whatever you want to be :)
