The International Society for Condensed Matter Nuclear Science (ISCMNS) was founded in 2003 by the late Dr. William (Bill) Collis with assistance from Professors Akito Takahashi, John Dash and Xing Zhong Li. The society was founded to further the science of what is now known as Low Energy Nuclear Reactions. The Society publishes a journal, organises workshops and preserves the history of the field.
