#Passing Positivity is a multi-awarding winning campaign which raises awareness of mental health issues in the UK and around the world. These awards include:
• Scottish FA Best Para-Football Project
• Green Gown Awards UK - Winner of the Benefitting Society Award
• SQA Star Awards - Highly Commended for Innovation Award
• CDN Virtual College Awards - Winner of the Innovation Award
• CDN Virtual College Awards - The Judges’ Award
• International Green Gown Awards- Winner of the Benefitting Society Award
It was formed in 2018 by Mental Health Utd, a team of HND students from Ayrshire College. Many events have been delivered since then in conjunction with the Kris Boyd Charity, which have touched the lives of thousands of people. Such as a highly successful Football tournament, a charity single with Jai McDowell and a 12 mile walking challenge, which as in memory of an ex-student Adrian ‘Lionheart’ McCallum. The main message for all these events will be that is ‘okay not to be okay.
