The I.C.R is partners with the Department ("I.C.M"), it's where they help make evacuation centers and models.
I C.M is a government type of department that makes rescue centers, evacuations, hospitals etc.
The government blocked one evacuation center because it was too unsafe, therefore it is recommended to go to highly populated evacuation centers.
We are partnering with C.E.D.A, it will be more easier to make evacuation centers with them.
