Brandon Herwick started his career teaching at a charter school in Brooklyn and now teaches near his hometown in upstate NY. He is an OPEN National Trainer and co-author of the OPENPhysed.org K-2, 3-5 and Middle School Dance Modules. Brandon loves to share his passion for dance, adventure and living a healthy active lifestyle. He does so as a Zumba Instructor, CrossFit Kids Coach, and on his YouTube channel youtube.com/user/brandon12herwick, which features creative dances and ‘Choose Your Own Challenge’ fitness routines. Brandon comes from a family of teachers, which has helped him grow up with and maintain an insatiable hunger to learn. Brandon believes that we all have a moving story, that each of our stories has tremendous value and that everyone’s story is worth telling.
