My name is Brian Rodgers, and I am the founder of Fortified Brotherhood. I am a Stoic, and a blue-collared journeyman electrician. Ever since my fellow brother ended his life by his own hands, I have devoted myself to helping other struggling men kick ass in life. I have put endless hours into studying stoic phylosophy and have certificates of studies in life coaching, mindfulness & meditation, NLP, CBT, & spiritual transformation. I may have not been there for my dear friend, but if my words help just one fellow brother, well then that is a win for me. The Spartans believed if you sweat more in training you would bleed less in battle. Developing a strong body, a fortified mind, and a warrior's spirit equals bleeding less in life's battles. The disciplined work you do behind closed doors helps you rise above any challenges life throws in your lap.
