My most recently published book is "The Art of the Garnish." My first book is "The Hamptons & Long Island Homegrown Cookbook." I have worked in restaurants, food catering & cook with passion, using food ingredients from local NYC Greenmarkets and my herb & vegetable farm-ette & orchard in the Garden State.
