The Woodfield Initiative was created in response to the RFP for the former country club of Woodbridge master plan issued by the Town of Woodbridge, CT in June, 2023.
Our response to the proposal was presented in the format of Conceptual Master Plan with the goal of promoting a conversation among stakeholders about their ideas, visions, concerns and memories from any period of time of this unique property which has the potential to bring great economic development to the town in shapes other than the past development proposals.
This land belongs to the town, and shall remain part of town as a place in which conservation, education and interactions among residents are promoted and will enrich the wellbeing of our community.
This is a place to create lifelong memories, connect with nature and enjoy.
