I'm a VINTAGE Instructor. (maturity, classic, retro, old)
ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor with 35+ years of experience.
Currently teaching Zumba GOLD, Zumba Kids and a Senior Shape Up class!
I believe in having a smile EVERY day!
My goal is to teach a safe class, and get participants in/out with no injury!
