This is a praise and worship team from Tanzania Assemblies of God (T. A. G) Forest One (Forest ya Kwanza) Church, located at old Forest, Mbeya region near The High Court of Tanzania, Mbeya District Registry. The Church and the team are both under the Administration of Rev. Thobias Thambikeni.
Our main focus, aim and call is to serve and preach the true gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of THE TRUE LIVING GOD through praising and worshiping his Holly name in holiness, spirit and truth.

In fulfilling this preaching purpose, on 2018 we managed to Record a LIVE DVD Album titled UNAISHI (You Dwell/Live (THE LORD JESUS)) comprised of 9 praise and worship songs.
And later on April 2022 we recorded another LIVE DVD Album Titled "JOYFUL PRAISE" (Psalms 100:1 and Psalms 66:1-3) having 12 praise and worship songs.
