I can't believe we're finally here, at the end of 2022. Happy new year to you and your loved ones. May 2023 bring an abundance of good health, happiness, and self-fulfillment to you all!
I want to say a big thanks to everyone who supported this channel, watching the videos, liking, commenting, sharing, trying recipes and gardening techniques, returning week after week. I'm so grateful to each and every one of you.
It takes many, many hours outside of my full-time job to conceptualize, film, and edit my videos, and I do it all on my own. It's something I enjoy doing, being able to share about food and gardening techniques, near and dear, from loved ones that came before me. I'm extremely grateful for all of the feedback, both positive and constructive, and I want to continue improving.
In this last video of 2022, I share how to make Panang curry from scratch. It's a savory, slightly sweet, and nutty curry that goes great with jasmine rice. I used pork here, but chicken and beef are also common substitutes. I hope you enjoy it. I'll see you all in the new year. Be safe everyone!

It's Thanksgiving today where I live, a holiday where friends and family get together and eat lots of food, but most importantly, a time to reflect and express gratitude for all that we have.
