Merry Christmas Friends! I hope the holiday was everything you hoped it would be! I had hope to share much more holiday prep with you but it seems I left the party a little early! I have a back injury that took me out of the game for a couple weeks! As you can imagine, I don't sit still very easily especially during the holidays. I am fortunate to have family who can step in, either at the stove, prepping or hosting! Not the way I had hoped the holidays would play out but just a wonderful! Videos will be back first week of January with us jumping right back into life! See you all there and thank you for hanging in there with me and for all your sweet messages! 2LBS SOUTHERN STYLE HASHBROWN POTATOES
2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEESE
SMALL PACKAGE OF FROZEN MIXED VEGGIES
2 CUPS SOUR CREAM
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1/3 CUP MILK
ABOUT 3 CUPS SHREDDED COOKED CHICKEN
TOP WITH CRUSHED RITZ CRACKERS
PLACE POTATOES IN THE BOTTOM OF A 9X13 DISH
MIX TOGETHER REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR CRACKERS. LAYER THIS MIXTURE OVER POTATOES AND SPRINKLE WITH CRUSHED RITZ CRACKERS. COOK IN 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 1 HOUR.

I have always been so grateful for my four children. My children have had their challenges over the years and I have admired their courage and resilience. My second oldest son was in a biking accident last week and shattered the head of his tibia. He had surgery on Wednesday and although the next few days were just awful, I think we have come through the worst of it. I will be staying with him in Indianapolis for the remainder of October. I know many of you are praying mamas, so if you could add my boy to your prayer list I would be forever grateful. I will be back with a new video the first week of November. Hi Friends!
I wanted to jump on and tell you all just how awesome you are! I put up a Simple Scrapbooks video this morning knowing that these types of videos don't traditionally get a large audience. Even though this video has not received my usual amount of views, something even better happened! I found my "Scrapp'n Squad" So many of you reached out and shared that memory keeping was so important to you and you were excited to jump back in and dust off those photo albums! This makes me so happy! I think we can inspire each other to create beautiful simple pages that focus on the photos and stories that are so important! I am going to come up with a way to keep the motivation going for all of us so stay tuned, there will be more videos on the way!
