Life of drink & drugs , 9 schools in 7 years Dislxic ( googled Dyslexia )Expat living ,Dj ,Reality TV ,Breakfast radio presenter , Fatman , Half marathons Thriathlon ,Ironman 70.3 Deppersion mental health , 17 years living in Phuket Thailand Hitting 50 , Hospitalised Suicide attempt and Getting Sober and Now getting help and this is Pottering on Meds ! Warts and all even with my bad writing and spelling mistakes!!
